General Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of araki.co.id and to quote requests sent through this site to PT Araki Solusi Indonesia ("Araki" or "we"). By using this site you agree to these terms.

This site is meant mainly for business customers. If you send a request on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

Araki's sales, rentals and services are governed by the written quotation, order confirmation, contract or other terms agreed in writing. If these terms differ from such a document, the agreed written document prevails.

Use Of This Site

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to: send false data or another person's data without permission; send spam or unlawful content; try to disrupt the site, probe it for security weaknesses or access parts not meant for the public; or copy the site's content automatically in bulk.

We may limit or refuse requests that we consider misuse.

Quotes And Prices

Sending a quote request does not oblige you to buy or us to sell.

Prices and terms apply only as stated in Araki's written quotation, including its validity period, currency, taxes and other costs. Product information on this site is for information only.

Orders And Payment

An order becomes binding once Araki confirms it in writing, for example with an order confirmation or a signed contract. This site does not take payments.

Payment method, schedule and terms follow the agreed quotation, invoice or contract. Pay only into accounts in the name of PT Araki Solusi Indonesia shown on our official documents, and if in doubt, contact us through the official contacts on this site.

Delivery

The place, method, cost and estimated time of delivery, and the transfer of risk in the goods, follow the written quotation, order confirmation or contract. Delivery times are estimates unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Warranty

Product and service warranties apply under the manufacturer's warranty terms and/or the terms in the quotation, order confirmation or contract, including their period and coverage.

Unless agreed otherwise, warranties do not cover damage from use against instructions, lack of maintenance, accidents, or repairs and modifications by unauthorized parties. Warranty claims can be made through the contacts below.

Force Majeure

Araki is not liable for delays or failures to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, fire, transport disruptions, government measures or delays from manufacturers, provided they are notified within a reasonable time.

Limitation Of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Araki is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit or loss of data arising from the use of this site. Liability for products and services is governed by the applicable quotation, order confirmation or contract.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be settled by mutual discussion; if no agreement is reached, they will be settled by the competent court in Indonesia, unless the quotation or contract provides otherwise.

These terms are available in Indonesian and English. If the two differ in interpretation, the Indonesian version prevails.

Changes To These Terms

We may change these terms at any time. The latest version is always on this page with its effective date and applies to use of the site from that date.
